Grapefruit Tangerine Splash Dog Tutu Dress, by Sophisticated Pup.  This couture dress was created for Tori Spelling's dog, "Mitzi' and is made with designer print fabric by Michael Miller.  It has a pink and tangerine floral pattern as the outer shell and a tangerine lining. A yellow-orange tutu and yellow satin ribbon complete the look. This tutu dress also has its own harness hook so that a separate harness is not needed. A front and under the belly closure of velcro completes the look!  Add a fashionable flower collar for extra sass.
