A harness is often the best choice for teacups and breeds less than 10 lbs, as the weight distribution helps to prevent future collapsed trachea issues. The amount of pressure a dog pulls should always be taken into consideration as stronger thicker materials will mean a longer lasting collar which can be used for years to come.
